Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Next Real sp. z o.o. collects when you use Ultim, why, and what choices you have.
What we collect
- Account data: email address, name and avatar from Google sign in, billing status.
- Content you submit: website URLs and the public pages we read from them, uploaded photos and voice samples, edits you make.
- Social connections: identifiers and usernames of the accounts you connect, post identifiers and performance metrics (views, likes, comments, shares, saves).
- Usage data: pages visited, actions in the app, device and browser information, collected through PostHog (US hosted). We use a first party proxy; you can opt out of analytics cookies in your browser.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe. We store only customer and subscription identifiers, never card numbers.
Why we use it
To generate and publish your Reels, to bill you, to measure what works and improve the product, to send transactional emails (reels ready, reports, reconnect notices) and to prevent abuse.

Supabase (database and authentication, US East), Cloudflare (file storage and delivery), Vercel (hosting), Amazon Web Services (video rendering), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), OpenAI via KIE.ai (image generation), Anthropic (text generation), Zernio (social publishing), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), PostHog (analytics).
Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists and for 30 days after deletion. Public analysis pages are kept for 90 days unless claimed by an account. Rendered videos are kept while your account exists.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data from Settings or by emailing hello@ultim.si. California residents can request the categories of personal information we hold and ask for deletion under the CCPA; we do not sell personal information. Residents of other jurisdictions have the rights their local law provides.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for sign in, a referral cookie when you arrive through a referral link (30 days), and analytics cookies for PostHog. We honor Global Privacy Control signals for analytics.
