Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ultim, operated by Next Real sp. z o.o. ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Ultim reads the website you submit, generates short video scripts, synthetic voiceover, visuals and finished videos ("Reels"), and, when you connect social accounts, publishes Reels to those accounts on your behalf.

Your content and rights

You keep all rights to your website content, uploaded photos, voice samples and the Reels we generate for you. You grant us a licence to process this content to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights to any material you upload, including photos of people and recordings of voices.

We may show your public analysis page (brief and hooks) to anyone with its link. Reels are private to your account unless you share them.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to produce content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or that impersonates a person or organisation. We disclose AI generated content to platforms where they provide a flag. You are responsible for compliance with the terms of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube for your accounts.

Accounts and connections

Social accounts are connected through the platforms' official authorisation flows via our publishing provider. We never see your passwords. You can disconnect at any time from the Channels page.

Plans, trials and payment

Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Each plan includes a number of Reels per billing period; unused Reels do not roll over. Trials include a limited number of Reels and require no card. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes where applicable. Refunds are handled case by case; contact hello@ultim.si.

Referral programme

Referral rewards are granted after the referred account's first successful payment. Self referrals, duplicate accounts and abuse void the reward. We may change or end the programme with notice.

Availability and changes

We depend on third party providers for voice, images, hosting and publishing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that any Reel will achieve a particular result. We may change features with reasonable notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
